From Susan: Hello, Calhoun County Dems!

"Keeping Our Schools Safe."

I grew up in a military family, and lived in Huntsville during my high school years. I moved to the Maryland -Pennsylvania area and hold a BS in Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College, and a BSN and MS from Towson University. I worked in Pediatrics for most of my career, with the last thirty years as a school health nurse. My husband and I moved back to Alabama after we retired to be nearer our family. I have been a volunteer with Moms Demand Action since 2018 and currently serve as the Alabama chapter co-leader in partnership with Paula Wilson.

My topic is "Keeping Our Schools Safe."

From the CalCoDems: We look forward to seeing the young people - leading the march! We've got to do what we can - to put an end to the easy access to military style weapons - weapons designed for our military to kill the enemy. If we don't stand up now - we will forever have blood on our hands.
